How to access support

Getting started is simple.

Self managed, plan managed and NDIA managed participants welcome.

Three ways to manage your plan

We work with all three.

NDIA managed

Also called agency managed

Who pays us
The NDIA pays us directly.
Providers you can use
Registered providers only.
Paperwork for you
None. It is all done for you.
What we do
We claim directly from your plan through the NDIS provider portal. You never see an invoice.

Plan managed

A plan manager pays your providers

Who pays us
Your plan manager pays our invoices.
Providers you can use
Registered and unregistered.
Paperwork for you
None. Your plan manager handles it.
What we do
We send our invoices to your nominated registered plan manager, and they pay us from your plan.

Self managed

You manage your own funding

Who pays us
You pay us, then claim it back.
Providers you can use
Registered and unregistered.
Paperwork for you
You keep your own receipts and records.
What we do
We send invoices to you or your nominee. You pay us, then claim it back through the my NDIS portal or app.
  • Registered NDIS Provider. This means we can support you even if the NDIA manages your plan. Only registered providers can.
  • Clear pricing. We charge in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
  • Not sure which you have? It is written in your NDIS plan, or just ask us.
  • Service agreement first. Before support starts, we agree in writing on your supports, prices and how we will work together.
  • Cancellations. We follow the NDIS rules for short notice cancellations, and explain them in your service agreement.
  • Support when you need it. Including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Which part of your plan pays for each service

Your NDIS plan is split into budgets. Here is where each of our services comes from.

Transport funding

In many plans, transport is paid as regular payments straight into your bank account. If that is how yours works, you pay us directly for transport, whatever your plan type.

The new NDIS system (PACE)

If your plan is NDIA managed and on PACE, you will need to add us as one of your my providers for each type of support we deliver, so we can be paid. Service bookings are no longer needed. Not sure how? We will help you set it up.

What to have ready

It helps to have these handy when you get in touch. Don't worry if you don't have them all.

  • Your NDIS number
  • Your plan start and end dates
