Who it's for

Who our personal care support is for

Before support starts, we write down how you like things done, from the order of your morning to the products you prefer. A small, steady team follows it, and we do our best to match your wishes about a worker's gender, language and culture. If you want to build independence in parts of your routine, we support that too.

Getting started

Four simple steps to get started

  1. Step 1: Enquire

Tell us which parts of the day you would like a hand with, such as mornings, mealtimes or evenings.

  2. Step 2: Connect

We meet for a relaxed chat and write down how you like your routine done.

  3. Step 3: Match

We match a small, consistent team to you and set visits around your day.

  4. Step 4: Get started

Support begins, and we check in regularly so it keeps feeling right.

Personal care covers the everyday tasks disability can make harder: showering and bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and continence, mealtimes, and your morning and evening routines.

You stay in charge. We record how you like things done, aim to keep the same small team with you, and do our best to match your wishes about a worker's gender, language and culture.

Whatever suits you. Some people need hands on help, others just a prompt or someone close by. We give the help you need and no more, at home, at a family member's place or out in the community.

Yes. We help with moving around your home and getting in and out of bed, a chair or the shower, following any mobility plan from your therapist.
